Vendor Layout
Please indicate your vendor space choice by number.
Space selection is first come, first served and based on payment received. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred location.
10’ x 10’ = $100.00
10’ x 20’ = $200.00
10’ x 30’ = $300.00
1. Native American style arts, crafts, jewelry, supplies, clothing, etc.
2. Bring your own tables, canopies and chairs.
3. NO KNIVES, KIDS NOISE MAKERS, DRUG, ALCOHOL or SEXUAL related products (You will be asked to remove them).
4. Prior committee approval REQUIRED for food booths.
5. A $20.00 value donation item for the raffle booth.
6. This is a NO DRUG, ALCOHOL, DOGS or WEAPONS event.
Vendor booth spaces will be available on a first paid basis. The fee is non-refundable and payable in advance. We expect a tremendous turnout, so please return the attached form as soon as possible to ensure your space selection. The spaces will be outdoors, so come prepared.
